Farmview

Farmview is a beautiful 9-acre reservoir on Boyton Farm, set in the peaceful Essex countryside, and has quickly become a firm favourite with our members. Stocked with over 500 hand-picked carp from 10 different sources, the lake boasts an exceptional and diverse stock, offering plenty of action alongside genuine big-fish potential.

The stock has developed incredibly well, with over 75 thirties now present. The biggest mirror currently stands at 41lb, with the best common reaching an impressive 43lb. There are also a further 15 carp over 35lb, meaning Farmview is fast becoming a serious 40lb-plus water. With plenty of quality fish still growing on, we expect the lake to become even more exciting in the years ahead.

Depths reach down to around 28ft in places, providing the perfect environment for growing big carp. As part of the farm's irrigation system, water levels and depths naturally vary throughout the seasons, adding another interesting element to the fishing and giving the carp plenty of different areas to explore.

Farmview has 18 well-spaced swims, with anglers getting plenty of water to themselves. The venue is securely enclosed behind electric gates, giving members excellent security for their vehicles and providing a peaceful, private environment in which to fish.

While Farmview can provide excellent action, it is also a lake where big fish are always a realistic possibility. Get the tactics right and there is the chance of some seriously impressive captures, with the combination of a healthy stock, considerable depth and growing number of big carp making it a very exciting water for the future.
